馬允「導師費」2年加2千　教部：無經費馬總統曾經承諾包括國中小學和幼兒園的導師費，2年內從2千元調高到4千元，去年增加1千，今年本來應該再多1千元，沒想到教育部表示因為沒經費，今年還是維持3千元 ...
