中共中央總書記習近平20日在會見北京述職的香港特別行政區行政長官梁振英時，特別向梁振英介紹張德江，指他擔任廣東省委書記多年，對港澳事務十分熟悉。香港媒體透露，這意味政治局常委張德江已掌管港澳工作。
