失智老翁不懂提款 巡邏員警協助領到錢

〔記者林呈彥／新北報導〕三峽區有位失智老翁，日前獨自到銀行提款時，以為只要填妥提款單，不用附上存摺就可以領到錢，因而遭到行員拒絕受理，老翁領不到錢
