關稅減半一樣貴　蘋果批發價反漲16%這個月5日起，政府宣布蘋果、奇異果及甜桃3種水果關稅減半，但都過了10天，民眾卻還是買不到便宜水果。就以富士蘋果來說，每公斤批發價還要76.3元 ...
