沒錯 若非公司車. 買個人名義就需要. 要兩個親人,身分證上看的出的. 或同一里的任二人. 這奇怪規定是以往規定木工等工匠才能以個人買小貨車. 但後來身分證不註明職業後才有這怪規定. 找賣車者看是否可提供. 若自己找只要同一<sep/>...
